Blogger Interrupted....

seems life really gets in the way of blogging. i try. i really do try. but there are times when i don't think it really matters since there are some really great crafting blogs out there. anyhoo, no more promises...i'll blog when i can blog. besides, there are so many wonderful crafters out there, i don't think my bits are missed. :-)

there HAS been some knitting...most of the projects were gifted as soon as they came off the needles.


Pattern: Modern Log Cabin Blanket
yarn: teal/turqoise- Ultra Alpaca (doubled); all other colors Cascade Ecological Wool
needles: Addi Turbo size 8

i have 2 1/2 panels left--according to the pattern sequence they will be in the alpaca and light grey. this will be a comfort blanket for a friend who is battling cancer. i planned to have a flannel backing attached.

so yeah, that's what i'm working on now.
